We are currently accepting applications for models for current and future promotional events and other future modeling jobs. If selected, you must agree to allow us to use your likeness in our advertising, website, or other media as we see fit at our sole discretion. In order to consider you for promotional and/or modeling assignments, you must submit at least one head shot and one full body picture at the bottom of this form. If you are a prospective model/Wylde Style Girl you should only fill out the required fields. Once you have been selected to become a Wylde Style Girl/Ring Girl you must return to this page and fill out every applicable line on this form.
